Placing an order

All orders must be placed through our online store strikaholic.dk.

You must supply us with the following contact details:

Name
Postal address
Phone number
E-mail address

We will use the collected information exclusively to fulfill your order and to provide a personal and customized shopping experience.

 

Price and payment terms

Our online store strikaholic.dk accepts payment by the Danish Dancard, Visacard, Mastercard and American Express. All prices are stated in DKK, EUR, GBP and USD and all quoted prices are valid at the date of purchase. Your account will not be charged until immediately prior to shipping. 

 

Time of delivery

In-stock orders are normally shipped within three business days after receipt of order. In case of longer delivery time, you will be notified by e-mail.

 

Delivery carrier

Your order will be delivered by PostDanmark or GLS to the postal address stated in your order. All freight and handling fees are stated on the order form, and all charges are included in the grand total.

 

Return policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return such products in undamaged condition within two weeks of delivery. In order for us to give you the best service possible we kindly ask you to contact us at shop@strikaholic.dk before returning an item. Please state the reason for your return and let us know whether you prefer a refund (please read our refund policy below) or a replacement.

 

You must include a brief note in your return package with the following information:

·      Order number

·      Your name

·      Postal address

·      Phone number

·      Banking details (if refund is preferred).

Refund policy

We regret that we cannot refund return shipping costs, unless the return was a result of our error. We are happy to accept the return of non-faulty goods if they are unused and in their original packaging and condition. To qualify for a full refund, you must ensure that all returned goods reach us within two weeks after you have received the goods. Refunds will be made within 10 days after receipt of your return.
